Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Dispatch the Parcel
Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
